CATERING SERVICES POLICY & NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

1. Booking & Payments

• A deposit of 25% is required to secure catering services.
• Full payment must be made 3 days before the event. This includes party tray and beverage service orders.
• Electronic payments will incur a 2.7% service charge. 

2. Non-Refundable Fees

• The 25% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellations made within 24hrs of the event are non-refundable.
• Any changes to the order must be made at least 3 days in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

3. Service Modifications & Cancellations

• Dellsubi reserves the right to modify services due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If Dellsubi cancels the service, a full refund will be issued.
